Refund Policy
Eighth Station provides a 30-day return policy. Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt of their item to submit a return request.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be unworn and unused, retain their original tags, and be in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items
Customers are advised to inspect their orders upon receipt. If an item is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please get in touch with us promptly at orders@eighthstation.fit. We are committed to resolving the issue. Defective or misprinted items are eligible for either a complimentary replacement or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Please be advised that returns are not accepted for the following categories:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items, except when they are deemed defective
Exchanges
To process an exchange, the original item must be returned first. After the return is accepted, a new order may be placed.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, customers will receive notification regarding the approval status of their return. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Note on Fulfillment
All products are produced on demand. Returns will be handled in accordance with our fulfillment partner's return policy. The Printful return policy is available at printful.com/policies/returns.
